Friday, March 3 • 5 - 10 PM
Saturday, March 4 • 8 AM - 3 PM
ATTENTION CURRENT MEMBERS: NBA members have an opportunity of One Free Table at your Trade Show, the fastest growing banquet attraction. Tables go fast! Please contact me immediately with your table quantity needed and any special requests (ie: electricity, large booth accommodation or displays) and I will do my best to help.NOTE: If anyone you know that you think would benefit by participating in the Trade Show with a product or service that would appeal to your fellow NBA members in attendance, please let them know of this great opportunity. All they need to do is join the club as a Regular or Business member. BOOTH DETAILS & COST:
One 10’x10’ area with an 8’ table included with your NBA membership
($50 donation for Non-Members. )
Each additional 8’ table and 10’x10’ area is a $50 donation to NBA.
Large displays such as stands, mounts, and blinds, etc are all welcome.
The bigger the better! Displays/Exhibits/Product Demos are all welcome and do not count as table space!
ATTENDANCE/MARKET:
Expecting a 600+ Event with Speaker.
Hunting demographic as all are current NBA members and advocate
sportsmen of all types.
Family-oriented event - increased market segments.
The Trade Show has become a new major attraction for our Banquet.
NOTE: Since we are offering free sales opportunity space, the NBA highly encourages you to donate a sample of your product of any value, whether small or large for one of our auctions (we also have a youth silent auction). Simply pass it on to me that weekend and I will see that it gets into the auction and you will be recognized.
